First Your Website SellsThen You Pay

from launch to real sales

Development is usually paid upfront, with all the risk on the business. We take that risk on us: no upfront fee, just an agreed percentage of sales after launch.Development is usually paid upfront, with all the risk on the business. We take that risk on us: no upfront fee, just an agreed percentage of sales after launch.

No fixed budgets. No prepayment. An agreed percentage of sales — after launch.

Our income starts together with your sales. That keeps both sides focused on one thing — growth.

Post-launch development

Two ways to build

Same system, two ways to pay for it. Compare the classic fixed-budget approach with the partnership model — where we get paid a percentage of sales after launch.

Classic development

You pay a fixed budget before launch

  • Payment: Fixed budget until launch

  • Risk: Fully on the business side

  • Motivation of the performer: Complete the agreed scope of work

  • Post-launch: Support is under a separate contract

  • Decision: Each change requires an additional estimate

Start the classic way

Partner model

Our model

We get paid a percentage of real sales

  • Payment: Percentage of sales after launch

  • Risk: Shared between parties

  • Motivation of the performer: A system that sells consistently

  • Post-launch: Product development is part of the model

  • Decision: Changes that increase sales benefit both parties

What we handle

  • 01

    Review of Current Processes

We map how an order moves through your company and identify manual operations, limitations and points where time or information is being lost.

  • 02

    System Design

We define how the website, CRM, payments, accounting, delivery and other services should work together.

  • 03

    UX/UI Design

We create a clear customer journey from the first visit to completed checkout.

  • 04

    Development & Integrations

We build the e-commerce platform and connect it to the internal and external systems your business needs.

  • 05

    Data Setup & migration

We help move your catalogue, customer data and other necessary information from existing systems.

  • 06

    Testing & Launch

We test the complete process, from the customer’s action on the website to the order reaching your team.

  • 07

    Support After Launch

We monitor the system, remove limitations and improve the product gradually using real operational data.

How the partnership begins

01 / 05

observation

We'll get to know your business

You tell us about the product, customers, current sales and internal operations. We look at how everything works today and what needs to change.

02 / 05

planning

We design the solution

We define the product structure, required integrations and any changes needed in your internal processes.

03 / 05

agreement

We agree on the terms

Together, we set the percentage, partnership period, responsibilities and rules for calculating sales.

04 / 05

development

We build and launch the system

Most projects go from kickoff to launch within two months. Some can launch sooner, depending on the complexity of the current processes, the number of integrations and the readiness of the source data.

We confirm the exact timeline after the initial business review.

05 / 05

growth

We continue improving the product

After launch, we monitor the system, collect data and make changes that simplify its use and support the growth of the business.

Terms are tailored to each business

There is no single percentage for every project — the rate depends on margins, volume and the scope of the system. These are the factors we weigh:

We earn when the product earns

Our work does not end at launch.

This makes the relationship closer to a partnership than a traditional client–contractor engagement.

01

A percentage of real sales

We earn only from orders that actually happen.

02

Growth is our priority

Changes that increase sales come first — they pay off for both sides.

03

Development doesn’t stop

The system keeps evolving after launch — it’s part of the model.

04

Shared risk

We invested the build, so we care about the result as much as you do.

The percentage is calculated from completed orders processed through the e-commerce system we create.

The treatment of returns, cancellations, partial payments and other non-standard transactions is defined in the agreement in advance.

Yes. If the current CRM is suitable for the future process, we integrate it with the new system.

If it limits the business or does not cover the required tasks, we can help select and implement a more suitable solution.
